Luke 42078 Posted January 12, 2017 Posted January 12, 2017 That's just what we get from ffprobe, so I am not sure.
cw-kid 192 Posted January 12, 2017 Author Posted January 12, 2017 (edited) OK fair enough, so this "Codec Tag" was added to combat the problem in this thread or for other reasons? Or has it always been there and I just never seen it before. Edited January 12, 2017 by cw-kid
cw-kid 192 Posted January 14, 2017 Author Posted January 14, 2017 I have just remembered why most of my new recently added movies titles in native Kodi were all correctly showing XVID flags. Its because there is a problem with Emby server recently with it not automatically saving the metadata and images files in to the movies folder, so I had to manually refresh each title in native Kodi using its scraper instead which is something I never normally have to do. Please see here.
Luke 42078 Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 Check your per library settings related to that.
cw-kid 192 Posted January 14, 2017 Author Posted January 14, 2017 Yes it seems an update might have un-checked some library options and it stopped automatically saving metadata and image files to the contents folder location. Should be sorted now though. I see the semi-colon has now gone in the new .nfo files. Will probably have to refresh all the metadata for all content to update all the .nfo files.
