weaselbran 0 Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 New Win 7 install, new EMBY install. Doesnot matter if I install win 7 home, pro, or ultimate. EMBY works perfectly except auto-organize gives error that target could not be determined. Log attached says 2016-01-10 14:11:53.3986 Warn App: No provider metadata found for Reign season 3 episode 8. My desktop running win 7 ultimate had EMBY installed back in April and has updated consistantly to the same ver of EMBY; but, the auto-organize is still working correctly. How do I get an archive ver to install to see if it fixes and then allow update? EMBY log.txt
Luke 42079 Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 There's all kinds of errors in your log about unable to contact external websites such as tvdb, open movie database, moviedb, etc. That is probably your issue. You need an active internet connection for auto-organize to work.
