EduardoSantos 40 Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 Hi, Emby currently takes about 30 minutes to scan my database. It used to take 2-3 minutes. This behaviour started some versions ago and I waited to see if something would change. It didn't It seems to be related to music metadata being fetched on the web. Deathsquirrel 745 Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 If you haven't already, disable extracting chapter images during the scan. It's in the metadata settings on the advanced tab.
