Unable to manually identify item in Emby Server

I have a couple new movies which I have recently uploaded to my server.  The Emby server only identified a single source for the movie.  I decided to select Edit/Identify to select the movie and have it re-identify the available sources.  Currently when I click on Identify I get the multi-colored circle spinning on my browser but the identify window never comes up.

I see a lot of other errors in the log so I'm wondering if there is a larger issue going on with my EMBY server as it appears to be running very slowly and often fails to pick up correct media information, which is unusual.
