Error after error in my logs

erm not too sure whats going on. Every so often the server has a hard out lag spike for about half an hour then plays fine.

 

Just wondering whats going on?

 

theres a server log from today at this time.

 

and then ive attached some transcoding ones from around the time it had the lag spike.

 

I would much appriciate any help and guidance to stop this from happening in the future and point out anything that i can do to change this. I also see its logging ALOT.

also do i need to manually clear logs they go back to 5th dec... do they auto delete? after a certain time?

This log has the Refresh People scheduled task running in the background. If you update to the latest release of the server I believe you should see improvement there.

Ok I will update it now is there anything else i should be aware of?
