x265 in Theater always trancoded to x264

HI,

 

if i play a x265 HEVC file in my LAN then Emby transcode it to x264...

 

tested with madVR and EVR+

 

all other files a direct streamed (Pathsubstitution is set right)....

 

i copied the newest LAV and madVR filter in the right ET Folder and tested it too.... but the same "issue"....

 

If i set MPC-HC as External Player, it direct streaming the file...

 

i had only one x265 file in my library so i don´t know it´s a "file or emby issue"

 

Server Version 3.0.5802.0

ET 3.0.5848.25554

At least 20% of my library is x265 and all new movies are x265.

I don't have any problems playing these.
