blankscreen when loading wizardstart.html

Hi Gents,

 

I have a slight problem with my installation.

 

I have just installed emby on a new pc (win 10 pro) and get a blank screen when loading http://localhost:8096/web/wizardstart.htmlblank screen

 

I have used IE, chrome and firefox with the same result.

 

Is there a know solution? I've searched the forums and have not found anything that works.
