Where is the tv schedules files stored?

I'm currently also using tv_grab_na_dd.  Since this is redundant calls to schedules direct for the exact same data, i could just use the existing file if it exists.

 

I'm not sure if this is in a database or just an xml file.  If it's in a file, where is this located.
