Can't Add/Change Backdrops in Web Interface

Hi - I've noticed the last few months that I haven't been able to add or change any backdrops on my emby server. Whenever I try to download a backdrop, a spinning circle pops up, and never goes away. I can navigate away from the page, but the backdrop that I tried to download isn't there.

Here are the relevant details:

Emby Server Version - 3.0.5800.1

Server - Windows 10 Pro

Emby Server Log of the problem - https://www.dropbox.com/s/70b9b13odbcxvlz/server-63586957824.txt?dl=0

In the attached log, I tried to download 3 seperate backdrops from 3 different shows, all resulting in the spinning circle in the web interface.

Thanks for your help!

This is happening to me as well.  I usually don't add images manually, but had the need to do so yesterday.  I was successful manually adding one backdrop.  Hung up on all subsequent attempts at additional images.  Could it be the resolution of the image that it doesn't like (like the minimum backdrop width)?

I added some others by simply copying them directly into theextrafanart folder of the TV show and naming them fanart2.jpg, fanart3.jpg, fanart4.jpg, etc..

The Wiz Live (2015) is the name of the show I was attempting to edit images for.

Glad to hear it isn't just me.

I've seen this happen on both movie and TV shows, and backdrops of all different sizes.

Anything else I can provide to try and get to the bottom of this?

Just tried to modify some backdrops again today, and I'm getting the same problem.

Try the new stable release, and then if there's still an issue please provide that log. Thanks.

Actually since you're on beta can you do that with the latest beta? thanks.

can you try first just doing a normal refresh of the item on the detail screen? then try again. thanks.

So here is an interesting twist. When I do a refresh, and then go back to edit images, the backdrop that I tried to download shows up.

I tried it again (went to download a backdrop, emby hung, then went back and did a refresh, and the new backdrop was there).  Here is a link to the same log with the refresh and the download/refresh.
