SSL broken on 3.0.5800.0?

I'm unable to access my server when using the SSL site after upgrading to 5800.0.

 

On the web client end, it just keeps spinning and spinning like it's trying to access the site but cannot.

 

It seems to me like the following error is related, but I've included the whole log file in case there's more to see.
