millsii 8 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 I did a quick search and couldn't find any reference to the Telstra TV in this forum. I followed CBers instructions for side loading onto the Now TV and it worked without issue on the Telstra TV. Thought this might be interesting to note for other Australians who have recently purchased one like myself and want to use Emby on it. Thanks to CBers for the easy to follow instructions! 1
bennymac 47 Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Awesome to know, I wondered about this. Do you find the Roku 2 performs ok?
millsii 8 Posted December 30, 2015 Author Posted December 30, 2015 I haven't used a Roku prior to the Telstra TV so don't have other models to compare it to. However, we really like it and performs well. All of the channels load and stream content quickly, including Emby. If they could just add the MLB.TV channel like they have for NBA it would service all of our streaming needs!
tango_golfaus 0 Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 I can second this, Screens are slightly different on Telstra TV but it works http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/689-how-to-install-emby-on-now-tv/
