remote access

Hello!

 

Before I begin, I would like to thank all of the people that put this program together.....great work!

 

I have been using emby for some time now with no issues till recently. I dunno if there was an automatic update but I can no longer access my media remotely when I am on the road (outside network). I have forwarded the necessary ports and have trouble shooted for hours. I even did a system restore and a clean install but nothing seems works. The local address works just fine, while my tablet, cell phone, laptop, and work computer can no longer connect. I've tried both wifi and cellular data but nothings seems to connect now. If anyone has any ideas, please help.
