Shield Android TV - noch rewind or fast forward

HI,

like emby on Shield tv very much.

 

using the most actual verson 1.14g

 

today I have played a movie.

But when I try to fast forward or rewind emby does not work ok.

 

no rewind and no real fast forward.

 

Why?

What do you mean by "does not work ok"?

 

The app has skip ahead (30 seconds) and back (11 seconds) but not an actual FF or REW.  This is fairly common with streaming players.

Ok got it,

I will try that by pushing left and right on the direction panel.

 

btw: when I push the big button on the direction panel I get the movie controls and there is only a fast forward button. Why no rewind?

It's not a fast forward button but a skip ahead 30s button which means each time you press it you skip 30s ahead.

The other button on the left is the skip back button. Each time you press it you go back 11s.
