Remote Server Setup

Im trying to setup an emby for wmc client computer to remotely connect to my server. I am selecting the anual login option, giving the domain name and port number, logging in, and using the system with no problems. Where I run into trouble is upon exiting and returning to the client, all configuration is lost. I have to manually login again, key in the domain and port, enter the login and password. None of that is stored. How do I set the default server to connect to? This used to be done in the wmc configurator but that option is no more.
