Emby Server - Playing any file always plays 1 movie

Whenever I select to watch a tv show or movie, about half of my library always plays the 1 same movie.

 

Somehow the cache in emby server has linked about half of my media to 1 movie title.

 

how do i correct this issue. I even un-installed/re-installed emby server to try and correct this.
