Stand alone NAS suggestion for Emby server and Live TV plug in, no transcoding

Hopefully this is the right place, I didn't see anywhere specifically for hardware threads.

I am considering Emby has the backend for my PVR solution for Kodi clients.

All my clients are Mpeg2 capable so no transcoding will be necessary nor do I actually want it.

 

So can anyone suggest a stand alone off the shelf (though I don't mind changing some software, just not looking to build one) NAS solution? Looking for something in the 2-4TB of storage range (I have a bout 1.2TB of local media currently and would like to have at least 500GB available for DVR use). Though I would consider an empty device for the right price, I do have my current 2TB drive that this would be replacing I would be happy to use in it. Budget wise I'd be looking at around $150 (depending on capacity) if it came with a HDD, under $100 preferably without a HDD.
