Harry99 0 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 I have an invalid membership (highlighted in red) on my primary server. I use a cellphone via hotspot to update my software on the primary server. I have the correct key. The problem started after the version ...8 update. I've tried several times to reenter the key. I do the actual ripping on my laptop and transfer the files to my primary server via a temporary local Ethernet connection. The support key is working on the laptop. Because these keys may show up on different networks is one becoming disabled? server-63586479679.txt
ebr 16187 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 No, the problem is that the server needs to be able to contact our server to validate the key and it is getting a network error trying to do that.

ebr 16187 Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 Probably either your end or in-between. It could be a firewall or other anti-malware program mucking with it too.
