Easy way to switch Emby users?

Is there a simple way to switch users from Kodi. I have a main user account (me) and two other users (my daughters.) When they are using the main TV watching their TV shows I want them signed in as them not me so their watched status is changed and not mine.

 

Is there and easy way to do this with just a few clicks?

Yes use Kodi profiles: http://kodi.wiki/view/Profiles

 

Then switch as needed.

No, each profile is for a user. You can add users to the session but that's not what you want.
