Problems with sync in windows app

Hello,

Not sure if this is a common problem in all clients but I just bougth the anual subscription of Emby to use sync and it basically does not work:

 

1. I select "Original" from the client as I do not want transcoding but it is recorded as "High"

2. If I do the sync from the server, it  is created with "Original" as requested but the server still does transcoding

3. The  progression circle for all items created from the server (with ORiginal) reaches 50% very fast (guess no transcoding happens) and then it stays there forever and I do see a trancoding log.

 

There is no much control from the client, or the server to see what is happening nor to select what I want.

 

I do not want transcoding, my network is pretty fast moving 12 GB should take 10 minutes or so, is there anyway to accomplish this? (I am using the latest server and the latest windows app)
