Play all from here not functioning

Hello,

 

After server update the the new version with the Christmas themes, if I use the "Play all form here" function it does not work.

It will play the first title in the series but afterwards it will back out to the TV show's home page and only play the audio of the media and not the video.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I use this feature every day!

Hi, welcome. I'm going to see if i can reproduce this but i did just test it recently and it worked fine. I will have a result in a half hour.

Yea testing well here, onto a third episode now. what browser are you using?

I am running Chrome, have tested on multiple machines.

Ok, I would make sure chrome is up to date. the latest version is 47. apart from that it all seems fine here.

Hmmm, I have the latest version and also tested this on Firefox and it doesn't function on that either so it must be something wrong with my server. But I know that this feature worked before the update for sure.

you can try it with the online web client just in case that might be any different:

you can also keep the browser debugger console open at the end of the video to see if there are any errors at the end. to do this, right click anywhere -> inspect element, then click console

The console didn't really tell me much, no errors after the media stops. After uninstalling chrome and erasing all of the temporary files, rebooting and reinstalling now when the media ends it just ends as normal with a black screen.

This feature does however work on the Edge browser, so it must be a Chrome issue conflicting with the new update.

 

I hope it can be resolved soon, because it happens to me on all devices using Chrome.
