I am experiencing this too. Any fix in the works? What's even worse is I have a profile set up for my kids and I don't have playlists available on their home I only allow them access to certain kid friendly libraries. If I'm on their profile and I create a playlist, I can then watch the movies on other playlists that they should not be allowed to watch because of the library permissions. I had to create a playlist for their profile so I could then go into profile options and tell it to not display playlists on their home screen. Edited September 19, 2018 by guynamedbilly
computerprep 148 Posted September 19, 2018 Posted September 19, 2018 Without scrolling through this entire thread, I'm not sure if anyone else has posted a temporary fix for this. You are able to give the playlist a tag, then hide that tag from all other users. The way I use this workaround is to add every other username into the blocked tags list for each user. Then when I create a playlist, I immediately add my username into it's tags. I've instructed all my users to do the same if they want to keep their playlists private. 2

YondaimeCB 0 Posted October 16, 2018 Posted October 16, 2018 for some reason if userA creates a playlist, userB can see userA's playlist and can edit/delete, not sure why it's being shared by default?

Even when you disable the access to playlists for a user, he still can add titles to all other users playlists over the context menu. 2

This is causing havoc bewteen users. Can this be moved up to the next release i possible please, it's literally causing problems
