Some MP4 Won't Play

So I have four computers and the one in my basement suddenly stopped working on certain files.  I believe the issue may be with .m4v files as most everything else plays.  It throws an error message about not being able to find the file or not having the right filter.  I have a newer version of LAV filters installed just like my other computers.  The odd part is the other three computers play them just fine.  Any ideas?  Logs:

Looks like everything is fine on our end.  Almost has to be a codec configuration difference between the machines.

so if you were me, you would uninstall lave, restart and then try installing again?

Well tried that with no joy....pretty stumped as to what the problem could be.

 

So if I uncheck the DTS and DTS-HD in the bitstreaming section of the LAV configuration, it works fine.......are M4V not compatible with DTS-HD?
