Why is the time shown twice?

I will include a screen shot so you can see what I mean, but in the upper right corner of MBT the time is displayed twice on my screen. The left (white colored font) shows the time in a 12h format, white the right (green colored font) shows the time in a 24h format. I am running Win7 64, and have the time set to display as HH:mm.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? Or is this a known bug?

I guess, BG, changing time format to 12 hours cicle does not answering for query?

Yeah, changing the time to a 12h format makes the second time display go away. I can definitely live with the double time, I just didn't know if there was some setting I missed.
