Emby not recognizing media directory.

I am running Fedora 23. I have installed Emby.  I am at the point of going through the configuration process now and am stuck on the part where it is asking me to select a media folder (no folders are showing)

 

Would someone tell the command to setup a new directory with correct permission so emby can access this directory and I can complete my installation.
