Frame analysis are gone?

i had done a clean install on my VM and noticed that there is no option to turn frame analysis on...

 

in the xml i found the "<EnableVideoFrameByFrameAnalysis>false</EnableVideoFrameByFrameAnalysis>"

people had been enabling it, not reading the description, and then reporting problems with slow scans. We can only really take so much of that before we stop and look for alternative techniques, which we are here for example

Is better for me to enable it or let it disable....

 

My server streams to firetv (stick and box) and chromecast....

Sync is used on winrt app and (if available ) ios

Your regular FireTV should be able to direct stream most items (unless they are something like folder rips) but not the stick.

it's transcoded because of bandwidth

 

But that's is "ok".... that's why i ask about frame analysis.... to "help" the transcoding process....
