Transcoding to hls issue

Can any one tell me why emby cannot stream copy with hls?

 

I get this in my logs

 

2015-12-14 19:05:59.9406 Debug App: Cannot stream copy video due to missing keyframe info

 

I seem to remember some option sometime that allowed for an advanced scan of the media my questions are

 

!, Where is this option I cannot find it (or has it been removed)

2.Would this setting (if I can find it) allow hls to do a stream copy.

 

Mind you an extra frame by frame scan of over 30k items is going to take some time.

 

 

Edit: Ok i found it but if someone could let me know if enabling it will allow stream copy of hls
