emby is not transcoding

my server seams to stop transcoding, it does not matter if i pick 1080p 40mbs or 144p the image quality never change,

what's wrong?

i would need to see the server log but keep in mind we don't upscale the bitrate. it looks like this is a low bitrate file so regardless of whether you choose 40mb or 30mb it's not going to matter.

Hi 

 

its a blu-ray 1080P ript in handbrake to h265 and a constant quality off 22 or 21 (cant remember now)

But its a big differens between 0,1-0,2mb and 4-6mb especially if the file is in h265  

 

do i need to activate any extra logg funktion or just grab the logg?

do you like me to remove al existing loggs, restart the server and try again before i post the new log etc?
