Media Library Empty in Server Dashboard

When I rebooted my server earlier today, I've found that my media library is completely empty. I don't even have an option to create/modify libraries:

 

 

I also can't seem to update to the latest version, it seems to be stuck on 3.0.5781.5, despite it saying a new version is available.

 

The notifications page has several instances of:

MBServer installation failed.

Download validation failed for MBServer. Probably corrupted during transfer.

 

Anyone have any ideas on fixing either of these issues?
