Build mono project

Do you know how can I build the mono project from github?

Is it possible to do this on Windows and then deploy the exe onto Linux?

 

Or I need to do this on Linux for sure?

Why are you trying to build the mono project? What hardware or distro do you need it for?

Now I found out that mono project needs to build on Linux with xbuild. If anyone else needs this.

It's not building on Windows because some library dependencies are not existing.

Perhaps you should explain completely what you want to accomplish first you ass.  The build chain would be different depending on which system tools are available.  But apparently the guy offering help was supposed to read your mind on which stuff is in yer custom linux.
