Library Scan issue

Sorry. The issue as the title states is library scanning. In screenshot 1& 2, the scanner did not properly identify the tv serie. After I manually identified it, it downloaded the serie information and artwork but not for the seasons and episodes. I attempted to do a couple of manual refresh with no successful results. The naming of the episodes are also inaccurate. 

Example: NOVA - S39E01 - Engineering Ground Zero.  

 

In screenshot #3, the scanner failed to find a match for 95+% of my artists. The artist "MusicBrainz ID" is returned as "usicBrainz Album Artist Id"
