Server Restart after Plugin Install Deletes the Server.exe?

I installed two plugins today (Collections and Config Backup) and did two server reboots one for each plugin installation. The first reboot didn't start-up again, so I had to log on to the box and start it manually.

 

The second reboot however, also failed to restart and now the Server.exe has disappeared. I've attached the logs - nothing in the logs - I wondered if Windows had marked it as a dodgy exe (due to failed startups) and deleted it? Just a theory.

Windows shouldn't be deleting anything. Check your antivirus.
