Cant connect to playon

Hello I became a supporter yesterday and purchased the playon plugin. I put my ip address into the server. But it wont connect. When I go to the web interface I go into channels then playon and nothing more happens. Help appreciated here is my logserver-63584822608.zip

I can't tell exactly from the log but it looks like the playon plugin allowed you to enter bad input for the playon server address and the value you entered is invalid. snazy2000 is the developer, you might want to send him a PM.

Thanks btw after a couple of reboots I can now get into the server as far as catergories but it does not go any deeper into the media tree than that. I will send snazzy a pm..Thanks

I got it to work by a complete reinstall. It works via mbt and by the web interface but its not working via kodi emby. Here is s log file if anyone can help the error is right at the bottom

It's getting stuck because there's path returned with the item you are trying to play.

 

Can you try to refresh the item in the metadata manager to see if it fixes it. Unless the item doesn't actually have a physical path?  let me know.

Its a netflix item so i would not have thought the metadata manager would have info on it? Seen as its a netflix item?
