how do you sort folder order these days?

I haven't had the need to do this for awhile but just added 3D and 4k to my library, I still want "MyMovies" to be the 1st item but can't seem to find where to do it anymore..

While viewing in the Web Client, click on your user icon in the top right corner. Choose Settings. On the next page select Home Screen Settings. You can re-order your library views there. Repeat for each user in your system.

I found it... the changes needs to be made in the Metadata manager in the "sort name" similar to how it was but buried now.

Glad you found it. I know nothing about using Emby under Windows Media Center.

Looks like you are still using "Legacy Browsing Mode".  That is why those settings had no effect.

 

I would recommend moving away from that as you should be able to create the presentation you want without it now.
