trancode issue with qucik Sync

having issue with quick sync unable to play any video.

I am able to play the same video after turn off quick sync option.

Please help.

Also It seem like I am unable to run srt subtitles, any idea how can I enable the sub? I already rename the srt file to have same name as video file.
