can MB3 be customized per user?

For instance, I like to watch "Movies" while my Wife like to watch "TV Shows" I'd like to be able to set so that if I logged on "Movies" would be sorted as the 1st thing I see while my wife would get "TV Show" as her 1st item.

I think having a custom library for each could help, but the list of items would still be in alphabetical order...

No, that would be the way to do it, with a custom library for each user's profile. Then go into the metadata editor for each user and put numbers "01, 02, 03, etc..." in the Sort Title field for each collection. That should do what you want.

It depends on what client you're talking about, and what they show on their home screen when you login. so perhaps not fully yet, but we're continuing to move forward.
