Server hangs and won't finish loading

Hey guys, so I just rebooted the server and it won't load past the splash screen, just hangs with the green bar full. Version 3.0.5781.4. Just started having this problem after I installed 2 plugins. First was the one to reset the server at specified times which required restart, and the other was TimeLord. I'm wondering if the TimeLord plugin is changing all the added dates and thats whats taking so long?

 

Edit: Ok so it's been hanging for about 20 mins, so I booted up Kodi just to see what happens. Kodi logs in and sees the server just fine, weird. Anyone else have this problem?

 

Edit 2: So I can manage the server by manually entering the ip/port and everything works fine. The splash screen won't go away and there's no icon in the windows tray. Other than that everything is normal. Strange.

Patience is key. All good now, took about 35-40 mins but she's all good. Thanx anyway

Please provide a server log. Then we will can see what happen. Never had that issue.
