xccxxx 11 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Have noticed a couple of odds thing.. If you make a collection in Emby, add some films, then decide to delete it - the collection will always remain in Kodi regardless of it being deleted on Emby. Although if you make a collection in Emby, then add some films, then delete them one by one - once the collection is empty Kodi will go ahead and remove it. (although that empty collection will still be visible on emby). Just wondering if there is a way to remove collections from Kodi without having to delete the films on an individual basis on the emby side?
xccxxx 11 Posted December 1, 2015 Author Posted December 1, 2015 Sp just worked out that one way to remove a collection that has been deleted in Emby but still showing in Kodi is to actually re-add the collection in Emby with the exact same name. The collection will then show up on Emby as an empty collection, which then causes Kodi to remove it.
xnappo 1611 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 The normal way to do it is to do a db reset in Emby for Kodi. 1
xccxxx 11 Posted December 1, 2015 Author Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) Cheers, thanks - think I'll just do that next time I need to remove a collection. A lot easier than my readding/deleting method! Edited December 1, 2015 by xccxxx
