No Library more

Hello all,

i have a small problem with the Emby Server (run on Windows 10)

After a library scan i have reboot my computer.

I try to start the Emby server. I got the msg: User XXX with ID0000-0000-0000-0000 does not exist.

The Server does not start.

I have delete the user.db

I was able to start the server and i use the Server Backup Plugin to restore my Users.

Now i miss my Libraries. Also the Button to create a Library isn't exist.

 

What can i do (i don't like to loose my metadatas :-)

Hi Luke,

here are the screenshot.

When i call the Library then the waiting symbol for the mouse are rotating but the button "add new libraary" doesn't apears

 

 

 

Is there a way to install emby new without to lost the metadata.

 

e.g.

save all xml and db files

deinstall emby, reboot

install amby

copy saved files back

here are a "fresh" the server log. :-)

 

Hope you see some reason for the missing library and the button.

Hello,

I have solved the problem .

 

Emby uninstalled ,

deleted all created Emby folder .

PC rebooted ,

Emby reinstalled and set up ,

waiting for the end of the media scan so that I can assign about 2k files manually.
