I just bought the app and set the server up and I can't play any files on my phone I get the play button to show on the phone but when I click it nothing happens whether I'm on WiFi or not. there is no error popping up its like the app doesn't know I'm pressing play. any help?
Lee 212 Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 also can you try to play thru the web client in ie. see if you are connected properly??? or at least log in the dashboard with ie and have a look around ...

goldenpipes 0 Posted December 9, 2013 Author Posted December 9, 2013 i have a lumia 920 and i did trial then bought the app it seems like the videos in the movies DB i have play but no my TV shows? in the app i will try the IE and have a look at the logs. Is it possibly a transocer issue? thanks!
ScottIsAFool 517 Posted December 9, 2013 Posted December 9, 2013 Yes, this was fixed in the latest version. However, I have noticed that the store seems to be pushing out an older version (.41) than it should be (.43). I'll push another update this week and see if that forces it.

I'll push another update this week and see if that forces it. i have version .43 installed i can get into the dashboard on IE mobile browser. some of the files play some don't its wierd that i have .43 and it doesnt work.

ScottIsAFool 517 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I really don't know why 43 is showing for some and not others :s I'm going to push a new update tonight and see if that forces it. @@goldenpipes this bug is fixed, I promise As soon as .43 or above finds its way to you, you'll get the functionality back. In the meantime, all I can do is apologise for the inconvenience.
