Recorded TV shows not showing up

I have just purchased both Apps for my Windows Phone 8.1 & Surface RT.

My WP8.1 shows both my selected Media (Recorded TV & My Movies)

But, my Surface RT tablet only shows My Movies, Not my Recorded TV.

Any suggestions?
