Make extrafanart and extrathumbs optional

Title says it all. This is particularly relevant for me for music where the new folders clutter the previously nice album folder structure (but also for movies and shows). Thanks in advance!

just set your max number of downloaded backdrops to 1

I was thinking to do that, but this would then be for both movies and music. I prefer to have extrabackdrops for movies, but not for music. Same for extrathumbs.
