Transcoding seems to not handle files with non english characters

I have asked using a client to transcode a file with the following name: "E.T. L'Extra Terrestre - Anniversary Edition (1982) [1080p].mkv"

Here a summary of transcoding log:

/usr/bin/ffmpeg -i file:"/RAID/EMBY/Movies/Films/Famiglia/E.T. L'Extra Terrestre (1982)/E.T. L'Extra Terrestre - Anniversary Edition (1982) [1080p].mkv" -map_metadata -1 -threads 0 -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -codec:v:0 libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p -preset superfast -crf 23 -b:v 2789252 -maxrate 2789252 -bufsize 5578504 -vsync vfr -profile:v high -level 41 -force_key_frames "expr:gte(t,n_forced*3)" -copyts -vf "scale=trunc(oh*a/2)*2:min(ih\,1080),subtitles='/RAID/EMBY/Movies/Films/Famiglia/E.T. We'll look into the characters, but the second part is expected behavior. You renamed the file. You need to refresh that folder or run a library scan.

The file has not been renamed, the character ' has been substituted by the backslah during the transcoding process maybe by AVFilterGraph
