Getting "Video Error There was an error playing the video" but can hear audio

I've been trying to play my Star Trek movies on my Roku, when I noticed that it keeps rebooting my Roku devices.  But when I login on via the browsers (chrome  and firefox), I get the above error but can hear my audio.  I've including my log files to see what may be the problem.  I used to play these before the recent updates.

Changed where m cache is located and it's working fine.
