Add deu as a supported tag for German Audio Tracks

Currently  tracks with german audio using the deu tag, are not identified by Emby as German.  If a user has German selected as their default audio language, it will not select tracks labled as deu.

yea better to accept both "deu" and "ger" as BOTH = german lang.

And "de"!

In general Emby should accept all ISO 639 language codes.

This would help my German aunt with playback and not having to manually switch tracks.
