How do I cancel support

My account misteriously disappeared and yet supporter payment keep coming from my paypal.

 

Anything I can do other then blocking paypal and calling my credit card company to block EMBY?

 

I have already done the above but would really like the scam to stop.

My apologies.  I should have read the info I just found it was recurring and was annoyed when I couldn't login.

 

All set I have re-enabled my support now knowing it's under my control.

I'm glad to hear you're situated. If you could offer some feedback to help us understand how you weren't aware you could cancel, that could help us improve the process for others. We want it to be self-evident so that nobody comes to the conclusion that you originally came to. Did you initially use paypal on the website?
