MBC does not show as "Select Player"

I have Emby server on a PC in my bedroom and MBC on a machine in the livingroom. Everything connects up fine and I can play with no issues but if I goto the Web Client or the IOS app the Livingroom does not show in the "Select Player" list. I get the server, the web client and the chromecast just fine but it will not show that one PC. Is there some place I can check or something I can try?

Is the MBC machine on and logon as a user?  The other thing it could be is that you can configure what a user is allows to control (I don't remember off had were it is).

EMC has to be running and logged in as a user before it will appear in the Select Player list.

Yeah I had all of that checked, thanks. I was even playing a movie and it showed up under Active Devices in the server dashboard of the web client but still would not show in the "Select Player" list.

I am not sure what to try.

Ok thanks, maybe I will try to reinstall. It's just this one computer but happens to be the one we use the most.

No really sure what happened but a re-install over top the old install fixed everything. Thanks to everyone who chimed in.
