runtimesandbox 171 Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Running server on ubuntu 14 and it runs fine. External SSL using a self signed cert seems to crash very often. Local access still works fine but the server has to be restarted to get the ssl going again. Any suggestions>?
Luke 42077 Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Please provide the server log from the time period of a crash. for instructions on how to do that, please see: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/
runtimesandbox 171 Posted November 18, 2015 Author Posted November 18, 2015 Proving tricky - the crashes are random and when i do get one the log is around 80mb. Will post back when I get one
xelar 4 Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 (edited) I can confirm this issue, but cannot contribute any logs either. "Crashes" at random and HTTPS cannot be reached anymore from the outside - HTTP works fine. I use the emby docker container version (3.0.5781.2) on a Debian server with 4.1.5 kernel. I'll try to find something in the logs and report back as soon as I can. ---- Alright, let's try the last 4 log files. The crash should have occurred somewhere in between I guess. emby_https_fail_1.log emby_https_fail_2.log emby_https_fail_3.log emby_https_fail_4.log Edited November 21, 2015 by xelar
xelar 4 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Any updates on this? I just had that issue again. I've appended the log. The HTTPS crash must have happened somewhen between 7:30pm and the end of the log... I can't find anything in there, though... emby_ssl_fail_again.log
