The proof of concept has already been a reality as a plugin, I'm sure core functionality is in the future. Just have to be patient.

EBR I paid for this plugin, and I ask you post here guide how to restore it to those who wanted it. It's the least you can do. Let us at least the option of backing up the existing and decide whether to upgrade or not changes. I think for all users there is no problem you change the interface, to work from Cinema mode but keep exists already.

But since then, the Server probably has changed code in the core and broke MBIntros... That was my understanding, it seemed broken for me, and when I brought it up, I was pointed to Cinema Mode. Cinema Mode IS a premium feature, but have to argue that it doesn't shake a stick at the old MBIntros plugin which (at the time) was much more "feature" complete IMO. Which is why the title of this thread asks to bring Cinema Mode up to par with MBIntros... Ebr has already stated the plugin is not going to be resurrected. We just need to be patient... Ive had to reinstall emby to get the new theatre to function and as a result have lost my intros functionallity. Its dissapointing to say the least to loose functionallity rather than a progression. My cinema just isnt as impressive without it!! Please add the upgrade to cinema mode soon!!

You can use tags to create any kind of association you want.

You can use tags to create any kind of association you want. this is a good addition, thank you. Is their a possible way to have multiple intros for a tag? Say have "dts-hd ma1.avi", "dts-hd ma2.avi", "dts-hd ma3.avi" and so on. Then it would play one of them each time, would not have to be random, just play in order and start again from the begging after they have all been played. This way you could have multiple dts-hd intros and get a different one every time you watch a movie.

In my use case I want to have a "Coming Soon" intro that plays _before_ the streaming intros.
