Music Artist Images Not showing

Hi I seem to have an issue where the Emby server is not showing Artist Images in the library view(or Emby theater, or Kodi Plug-in).  If I refresh the metadata in the metadata manager the images are shown.  If I look in the emby cache folder there is an artist folder with no images in it.  If I update images through the library viewer, by manually pointing to the music folder an selecting the existing image, the images are saved to this cache folder and then the images show up.  Is there away to get Emby to do this automatically?

A couple have reported this but I am not sure what the cause is yet. I will have to do some testing. Thanks.

Just another point of interest.  If I remove all the metadata from the folder containing the music, then Refresh all music from the metadata manager, it doesn't add any images but save a fold.xml file.  I've double checked my metadata settings and its set to .nfo as the saver.  Long ago I had the .xml plugin installed but have since removed it.

Some further observation.  All my existing music has an Artist.nfo and pictures, created by exporting the music database from Kodi.  If I add new music without these files Emby works correctly(adds Artist.nfo and pictures to Emby-Server\metadata\artists).  If I remove the files created by Kodi, a refresh is not good enough.  I have to do a Scan Library but Emby will process correctly after this.  I've attached the nfo file created by Kodi and the one created by Emby.  There not remotely close.  Is there any way to use these existing files in Emby?  Why are these files, if incompatible, stopping Emby from processing in the first place?  Is there an option anywhere to have Emby save its nfo files in the artists folder(i.e. with the music files).

I'm seeing the same problem.   And in my case, the majority of the Artists I do are also Album Artists.  All of my Album Artists appear with their associated images under both tabs (Artists & Album Artists).
