Refresh People

I have a scheduled task to Refresh People daily. I have noticed that it is taking an extremely long time. Yesterday was 2h 33m and the day before 1h 41m. I looked at the server log that is littered with errors. What's happening?

It is a network problem getting to tmdb.

 

Could be a firewall issue or an actual problem at the router or ISP level.

Could be network related. I'll move the schedule time of the refresh to a different time and let you know.

Changed the time. Watched it start the scan. No change.

 

I really do not believe it has anything to do with my side of the network.

May not be but it is throwing a 502 which probably points to your router or ISP but not 100%.  Also, the fact it isn't happening to anyone else makes it not that likely it is on tmdb's end.

Happening to me as well. Starts at 0300. Most mornings I don't see it, but every now and again (like today) it is still going at 1130...
